You can't actually sell a house in Sims FreePlay. Demolition is your only option. Click the house, choose the bulldozer icon, and boom, it's gone.

You can't sell houses directly in The Sims FreePlay. Instead, you can demolish them by selecting the house, clicking on the red bulldozer icon, and confirming the demolition. You'll get some Simoleons back for it!

From my experience, you can't sell houses directly, but demolishing them returns some Simoleons. Just tap the house, hit the bulldozer icon, and confirm.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
