You can't actually sell a house in The Sims FreePlay. Instead, you can demolish it! Just tap on the house you want to get rid of, select the renovation button (a wrench icon), and choose 'Demolish.' Gone in a poof of pixels!

Sadly, there's no way to sell a house for cash or Simoleons in The Sims FreePlay. Demolition is your only option, which clears the lot for new building projects!
