Unfortunately, you can't sell houses in The Sims FreePlay. Just demolish the house and start over with a new lot!

In The Sims FreePlay, you can't actually sell a house. The best you can do is demolish it and reclaim the lot.

You can't. The only option is to demolish the house if you want an empty lot.
