Sorry to break it to you, but the Fallout 76 beta happened back in October 2018, just before the game launched. It was a one-time event to test the servers and gameplay. Unfortunately, that ship has sailed, and there's no current way to sign up for a beta. But don't let that get you down, the full game is out, and there's a ton of content to explore!
Beta? What beta? That's ancient history! Fallout 76 is live and kicking, with more quests and mutants than you can shake a stick at. So, suit up and see ya in Appalachia!
