Easy peasy! Just open up Steam, head to your Library, right-click on the game you want to say goodbye to, and click on 'Manage' -> 'Uninstall'. Steam will ask if you're sure, and if you are, boom, it's gone!

I remember the first time I tried to uninstall a game on Steam, got totally lost. Then realized it's just right-clicking the game in your Library and following the 'Manage' -> 'Uninstall' path. Felt silly it was that simple.
