Easy peasy! Just log into your ESO account on their official website, go to account settings, and there should be an option to unlink your PSN.

You can't do it directly from the PS4 or PS5; you need to go through the ESO website.

To unlink your PSN from ESO, head to the official Elder Scrolls Online website. Log into your ESO account and go to account settings. There, you'll find the option to unlink your PSN account.

I did this last week. Go to the ESO account page online, log in, and look for the unlink option under account settings. Worked like a charm!
