Just take down the Chosen enemies and then check your Proving Ground for the research projects. Easy peasy!

To unlock the Chosen's weapons in XCOM 2, you need to complete the 'Lost and Abandoned' mission and then defeat each of the Chosen assassins. Once they're down for good, their weapons become available through research.

After defeating a Chosen, you need to research the 'Assorted Loot' project in the Proving Ground to get their weapons.
