Easy peasy! The slope-intercept form is y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

To write the slope-intercept form, just use y = mx + b. m is the slope, and b is where your line crosses the y-axis. Done!

From personal experience, all you gotta do is identify your slope (m) and the y-intercept (b) to plug into y = mx + b. I use this magic formula all the time; it's a lifesaver in algebra!

It's literally y=mx+b, where m is the slope, and b is the y-intercept. Quick and simple!
