Just isolate y on one side. Subtract Ax from both sides, then divide by B: y = -A/Bx + C/B.

It's simple: rearrange the equation so 'y' is by itself. Make it y = (-A/B)x + C/B.

To convert Ax + By = C to slope-intercept form, solve for y. You'll get it to look like y = mx + b.

Quick tip: divide everything by B after isolating y. It'll end up looking like y = mx + b.
