How Does Fallout 76 Save Your Base?
Actually, it's worth noting that while yes, your base is saved automatically through your C.A.M.P., if you place it in a popular spot, you might find on logging back in that another player's base is there. The game will store your setup, but you'll need to find a new spot to place it without conflicts.

It auto-saves, dude. Just build your base, and the game handles the rest. No need to hit a save button or anything.
Fallout 76 saves your base using a system called C.A.M.P. (Construction and Assembly Mobile Platform). Basically, when you build anything, it's automatically saved to your character. Even if you log off or move your C.A.M.P., your base design gets stored so you can redeploy it later. Pretty neat for keeping your wasteland home safe!
I've had my base vanish because another player had a CAMP in the same spot when I logged back in. It's saved, but you might have to redeploy it elsewhere. No biggie, just part of the game!
