Actually, I've been running Fallout 76 on a 2 Mbps connection and it's been... okay? I mean, sure, it's not perfect and I've seen a loading screen or two longer than I'd have liked. But if you're not too picky, it kinda works.

Fallout 76, like any online multiplayer game, thrives on a decent internet connection. You'd want at least a 3 Mbps download speed for a smooth experience. But honestly, the higher the better. No one likes to get disconnected in the middle of a nuke launch, right?

Go for fiber optic if you can! Seriously, nothing beats a stable and fast internet connection, especially when you're exploring the wasteland. Plus, it helps with loading times and those pesky Scorched won't catch you off guard.

I disagree with the need for ultra-fast internet. I've played on 5 Mbps without any major issues. Sure, it's not ideal for large-scale online battles, but for casual exploring and questing, it's fine.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
