With good care, a PS4 can easily last 5-7 years! Just keep it clean and avoid overloading it with heavy use.
Looking at 4-6 years with normal use, but it really depends on how well you take care of it.
My PS4 is still alive after almost 8 years, so it's definitely possible to get a lot of life out of it!
Honestly, with regular maintenance like dusting and not blocking the vents, it should last as long as you need until you want to upgrade.
