Steam gifts don't actually expire once you've added them to your Steam inventory. But remember, you've gotta accept the gift first! If it's just sitting in your email or as a notification, it's like leaving a high-five hanging. Not cool.

Steam gifts have no expiration date after you've accepted them into your inventory. But don't leave them collecting digital dust – every game deserves to be played!

No expiry on Steam gifts, but there's definitely an expiry on patience if you don't accept the gift soon. Some friends might want to see you playing the game they gifted, not just hoarding it.

They last forever once you accept them. I waited a year to redeem a game because my PC was a potato. Worked fine when I finally upgraded.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
