In my experience, if you're using a good quality USB cable, it should take around 2 hours to fully charge a PS4 controller. Don't forget to turn off the controller or the console while charging for a quicker boost!

Takes around 2 hours, give or take. You could game while it charges but it'll take a bit longer.

A PS4 controller usually takes about 2 hours to fully charge from zero battery. Just be sure to use the official charging cable for the best results!
