Actually, aiming for 30 hearts might not be the best strategy. Stamina is super important too, so don't forget to balance out your upgrades. I found a mix of hearts and stamina made the challenges way more manageable and enjoyable.
In Tears of the Kingdom, you can max out at 30 hearts. Just like in Breath of the Wild, you'll need to complete challenges and trade in your spirit orbs at Goddess Statues to boost your heart count. It's a long journey, but every heart counts when you're battling your way through Hyrule!
