Main story: ~65 hours. 100% completion: 200+ hours. Buckle up!
If you're just looking to beat the main story, it'll take you around 60-70 hours. But if you're a completionist diving into side quests, exploring every nook and cranny, and leveling up all the Blades, you can easily sink 150 to 200 hours!
