Technically, 8 universes faced erasure, but they were all resurrected by Android 17's wish using the Super Dragon Balls.

A total of 8 universes were erased during the Tournament of Power in Dragon Ball Super: Universes 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 7 (though 7 was ultimately restored).
