A general rule of thumb is around 200-250 grams (7-9 oz) of chicken per person. Perfect for second servings or leftovers!

If you're making a curry with lots of ingredients, 150 grams per person might do the trick. Better to have too much than too little.

I always go with 200 grams per person for a hearty portion. More if your guests are hearty eaters!

I've found that 200 grams of chicken per person works just right. No one's ever left hungry at my place!

Honestly, 150-200 grams per person is usually enough. You can always bulk up with extra veggies!
