From what I’ve seen, fixing a PS5 HDMI port can range from $150 to $250 if you go through Sony. Local repair shops might be cheaper, but it’s a gamble on the quality of the fix.

I got mine fixed for about $200 through Sony's repair service. Worked like a charm and came with a warranty!

You're looking at $150 to $200, maybe more if there's additional damage. Better safe than sorry, I'd go with an authorized repair.

Honestly, just get it repaired through Sony. Sure, it’s more expensive, but you won’t have to worry about dodgy repairs.

Local repair shops can be a bit of a wild card, so I'd recommend going with Sony even if it's a bit pricier.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
