In Animal Crossing, a whale shark will fetch you a cool 13,000 Bells if you decide to sell it at Nook's Cranny. If you're lucky enough to sell it when CJ's around, you'll get 19,500 Bells because he buys fish for 1.5x their normal value. Time to start fishing!

13,000 Bells. Not too shabby, but let's be honest, the real value comes from bragging rights when you show it off in your museum.

Just 13k Bells at Nook's Cranny. But seriously, why sell it? It looks epic in the museum!

13K Bells at the shop. But if you ask me, catching one is priceless. The thrill of the catch is what Animal Crossing's all about!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
