I have the 80GB model and keep running out of space, especially with all the game updates and installs. Upgrade to a larger HDD if you can!

Most common models are 120GB and 250GB, but you can upgrade the hard drive if you need more space.

The PS3 originally came with models ranging from 20GB to 500GB. It kinda depends on which version you have!

Some of the earliest PS3 models had only 20GB or 40GB, which isn't much. Later versions had up to 500GB.
