Shiny Dratini is pretty rare! Usually, your odds are around 1 in 450 when it鈥檚 not an event, so keep grinding those catches!
Not rare at all if you're patient and persistent. Caught 3 last year just walking around!
I've been playing since the game launched and I've only caught one shiny Dratini outside of events. They're tough to find!
