I've only seen Porygon a handful of times outside of events. Pro tip: watch for it in the wild during days with boosted spawns!
It's rare, but not like super legendary rare. You’ll have better luck during special events; keep an eye on the updates.
Honestly, Porygon is pretty rare unless Niantic gives us an event. Otherwise, good luck finding it just roaming around.
