How Rare is Raymond in Animal Crossing?

Oh, Raymond! That suave cat with the hipster glasses. He's like the unicorn of Animal Crossing because everyone wants him but he's hard to find. Basically, his rarity comes from the fact that he doesn't have an amiibo card, so you can't just summon him to your island like you can with most characters. You gotta hope he shows up at your campsite or get him through a villager trade with another player. Good luck, cause everyone's looking for Raymond!

Got Raymond on my first try at the campsite. Can confirm, the hype is real but it's all about luck!

Raymond is just a cat, guys. Not the Holy Grail. Yeah, he's popular and doesn't have an amiibo, but it's all RNG. So, just enjoy the game and whoever wanders into your campsite!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
