I tried ditching a quest too 'cause I got stuck, but nope, Hogwarts Legacy locks you in. What worked for me was shifting focus to other quests. Sometimes, a break is all you need before you're ready to tackle that tricky quest again.

Hot take: Why would you want to abandon a quest in Hogwarts Legacy? Every quest is a chance to dive deeper into the magical world. Just pivot to another quest if you're stuck, but don't ditch them!

Unfortunately, you can't abandon quests in Hogwarts Legacy. Once you've picked up a quest, it's yours to complete at any pace you like. But don't worry, you can switch between active quests anytime through the quest menu, allowing you to focus on whichever mission you find most intriguing or manageable at the moment.

If you're a Hogwarts Legacy player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
