You can't activate a PSN card yourself if it wasn't activated at purchase. Your best bet is to go back to the place where you bought it and have them fix the issue.

Usually, the retailer activates the PSN card at the time of purchase. If somehow your card wasn't activated, you'll need to return it to the store with the receipt and ask them to activate it.

In my experience, the store where you bought the card handles the activation. Just head back there with your receipt and they'll take care of it.
