Upload your image as a decal! Head to the 'Create' tab on the Roblox website, then to 'Decals', upload your image, and use the ID to add it in Studio.

I've done it tons of times! Upload the pic as a decal through the Roblox website, then grab the decal ID and put it on a part or GUI using Roblox Studio.
