In Roblox Studio, open the Asset Manager (under the View tab), then import your clothing asset by clicking on the Import button. Once imported, drag the clothing onto your character model in the Explorer panel.

Just upload the clothing through the 'Create' tab on Roblox's website, get the Asset ID, and then add it to your model in Roblox Studio by editing the appropriate property under the character's Appearance object.
