Another way is to share your Discord server in the game's description if you're a game developer. Just go to your game's settings, and you can paste the invite link in the description box!

I added Discord to my game's description. It works great! Players can easily join my server from there. Just make sure the invite link is valid.
Why not just share your Discord server link in-game through a message or notice board? Players can join directly while playing.
