You need to go to Settings > Parental Controls > Family Management, and then add family members. Once they're added, they can share the PS Plus benefits of the primary account.

Easy peasy! Just activate the PS Plus subscription on the primary account, then set the console as the primary PS4/PS5. All users on that console can enjoy the benefits!

From personal experience, just make sure the main account with PS Plus is set as primary on your system. Works like a charm!
