Just open the Xbox Guide, go to People, search their username, and click Add friend. Easy peasy!

You can't miss it. Just use the Xbox menu to search their username and hit Add friend.

To add friends back on Roblox for Xbox, press the Xbox button, go to People, then Find someone, and type in their Roblox username. Once you find them, select Add friend and you're good to go!
