Adding friends in Fallout 76 across different platforms is a bit tricky since the game doesn't support cross-platform play for teaming up directly. However, you can still interact with other players through public events and trading. For direct friendship and team-up, both players need to be on the same platform (PC, Xbox, or PS4).
