Super simple! Go to the 'Friends' tab on the home screen, select 'Search' or 'Find Friends,' type in their PSN ID, and send a friend request. Bam, done!

On your PS4, hit up the 'Friends' tab, then choose 'Search' and type in your buddy's PSN ID. Click 'Add Friend.' Boom, you're connected!
