Add friends in Game Center by tapping the 'Friends' tab, then hit the '+' button to invite via email or username. Once they accept, they'll become your in-game neighbors.

Easy peasy! Just open Game Center, add your friends there, and they should automatically show up as neighbors in Sims FreePlay. Have fun building together!

I did this! I added my pals on Game Center first, then they just appeared in my Sims FreePlay. We had a blast visiting each other's towns!
