Just ask them to join your game, press the View button (the two squares), and invite them as a friend from there!

All you need to do is press the Xbox button, go to 'People,' and then 'Find Someone.' Enter the gamertag, and voila, friend added!

First, make sure you're both signed into Xbox Live. Then open Roblox, go to the main menu, select 'Friends,' and then 'Add Friend.' Easy peasy!
