If you want to rock multiple hairs at once on Roblox, just equip the first hair, then go to your avatar editor and select 'Advanced' at the bottom of the hair section. This lets you add multiple hair accessory IDs separated by commas. Voila, double the hair, double the flair!
I tried this myself: equipped the first hair, then went to the advanced settings on the avatar editor and added more Asset IDs. Worked like a charm!
