You need to connect the game to Facebook and add friends who play Sims FreePlay! Once they're your Facebook friends, they should show up as neighbors in the game. Happy simming!

I've done this! Just link your game to Facebook, add friends there, and voil脿鈥攖hey're now your neighbors in Sims FreePlay.
