Just open Game Center, go to the friends section, and hit 'Add Friends.' Type in your friend's ID or email. Done deal!
Simple! Open Game Center, go to 'Friends,' and tap 'Add Friends.' Find your friend's ID or email, add them, and voila, they're your new neighbor in The Sims FreePlay!
Step 1: Open Game Center. Step 2: Tap on 'Friends' tab. Step 3: Tap 'Add Friends' and input your friend's email or Game Center ID. Once they accept, they'll show up as your neighbor.
I did this last week. Just go to Game Center, add your friend's Game Center ID, and once they accept, they'll be your Sim neighbor. Easy peasy!
