To show you're playing Roblox on Discord, go to User Settings > Game Activity > Add it! By selecting Roblox from the list, it will start showing up when you play. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Manually add Roblox in Discord by heading to Settings > Game Activity > Add it! Play Roblox, and Discord will show it.
