Just go to the group's page, hit the 'Store' tab, and follow the 'Create or Manage Group Items' link. Upload your design, and you're good to go!

You gotta be a group admin. Then go to 'Group Admin' tab > 'Store' > 'Create or Manage Group Items', and upload your shirt.
