First, make sure you have parental controls set up correctly if you're underage! Then go to Roblox settings, click on the 'Privacy' tab, and enable voice chat. Easy as pie!

I had the same issue—go into the game you're playing, look for a microphone icon, click it, and follow the prompts to enable access.
