Easy peasy! Use electric-type Pokémon like Electivire or Magnezone. Gyarados doesn't handle electric moves well. Zap zap, gone!

Gyarados is weak against electric and rock-type moves. I usually roll with Zapdos or Rhyperior, and it works like a charm!
