Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't become a vampire in The Sims FreePlay. Vampires are exclusive to The Sims 3 and The Sims 4.

Sadly, The Sims FreePlay doesn't feature vampires. You might wanna check out The Sims 3 or The Sims 4 if you're itching to turn your Sim into a creature of the night.
