You can go to the Roblox avatar editor and choose the 'Appearance' tab. Change your skin tone to white, then choose white clothing from the catalog to finish the look!

Easy peasy! Go to avatar settings. Under 'Body,' click 'Skin Tone' and select white. Don't forget to find some white clothes too!
