You can't bring it back officially, but you can recreate it by replacing the death sound file with the original 'oof' sound on your device! Just Google 'Roblox oof sound download' and follow some tutorials.

I managed to get the 'oof' sound back by finding an old version of the sound file and replacing the current death sound with it. It's a bit techy, but totally worth it!
