Building a house for your villagers in Animal Crossing is a bit of a misnomer since you don't build the houses yourself. Instead, you invite villagers to your island, and once they decide to move in, Tom Nook takes over and sets up their homes. Ensure you have an open plot of land by purchasing it from Tom Nook, then find a villager you want to invite. You can meet villagers by visiting mystery islands, the campsite, or through amiibo cards. Once they agree to move in, Tom Nook will handle the rest!

Just buy a plot from Tom Nook, and boom, villager house magic happens. These villagers don鈥檛 need your construction skills, just your hospitality and an open plot!

Actually, you cannot 'build' houses for villagers in the traditional gaming sense. Your role is more of a facilitator who provides the space for them to move in. It's all about real estate and less about construction. Make sure you have a vacant plot, and Tom Nook will do the heavy lifting.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
