Super simple! Just head over to the Steam website or open your Steam client. There's a 'Store' section where you can search for 'Steam Gift Cards'. Choose the amount you wanna gift, and boom, you've got options to send it digitally to a friend's Steam email or buy a physical card from various retailers.
