To call Chop in GTA 5 on PS3, just switch to Franklin and press R1 to bring up the interaction menu. Select Chop, and your loyal dog will come running!

As someone who鈥檚 spent way too much time playing GTA 5, trust me鈥攕witch to Franklin. Then press R1 to access the interaction menu and call Chop. Works every time!
