From the PS5 home screen, navigate to the PS Store, go to Subscriptions, find ESO Plus, and select Cancel Subscription. Done and dusted!

I had to do this recently. Go to your PS5’s Settings, navigate to Account Management, then Subscription, and cancel ESO Plus from there. Takes like a minute!

Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Find ESO Plus and hit Cancel.
