Just log into the PlayStation website on your phone browser, go to your account settings, and find the 'Subscriptions' section to turn off auto-renewal.

Open the PlayStation app, go to PS Store, tap your avatar, then 'Payment Management' > 'Subscription' > 'Turn Off Auto-Renew'. Easy peasy!

You can only cancel PS Plus auto-renewal via a web browser, not directly on the app. Use the browser on your phone.
